I will assist in whatever way you believe most useful; my interests and activities span all 7 of the topics you list (all in a light source context)(I find it difficult to conceive of working in one only of them?). I am the Manager of the Modelling and Diagnostics Programme in COST 529 ("Light Sources for the 21st Century") and Chairman of the International Organising Committee of the Light Source Science and Technology Symposium series (LS:10 in Toulouse last July). Have worked with light sources for over 30 years; had contracts, etc., with 42 companies during last RAE review period (majority lighting plasma related); involved in spin-outs with diagnostics and modelling related activities; have well founded labs for lighting plasma research; numerous active international collaborations; etc. If you would like to pick up on any of these headings to "fit" the emerging proposal then let me know and I will create text  as you specify.
