Phillip John and myself have many years of experience with plasma enhanced CVD of materials, in particular silicon and diamond, as well as with surface modification of materials, and so would be pleased to be involved in themes 1 & 2. We are prepared to make time available to other partners on our microwave plasma sources and would welcome wider use of our cavity ringdown spectroscopy system. These deposition and analysis systems were developed here for thin-film diamond research but are applicable to other materials. I wish the application is successful and look forward to participation.
